NFL Sunday

Well today is NFL Sunday FOOTBALL!!! The whole reason for living in the fall!!!!

The 1st game to watch is New Orleans vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers. No choice there you have to be doing a major shout out for Drew and Reggie. Here's to hoping that New Orleans is performing like the '06 season and pulls out a win. It would be great morale for NO and boy do they deserve it with the evacuation of the city for Gustav and now having to look over their shoulder as Ike is waiting in the wings. The game airs on Fox at noon CST!!!

The 2nd game to watch is none other than the fabulous Dallas Cowboys vs. the Cleveland Browns. My boys are in Cleveland and rain is forcasted. The last time these two met was 2004. The ones to watch are of course Tony Romo, well because he is worth looking at out (at least in my opinion... Kevin says he does not see the appeal. :D) But for abilities you can not out Patrick Crayton and Terrell Owens. So here's to hoping for a Dallas win!!! The game airs at 3pm CST on Fox.

The 3rd game to watch is none other than Peyton Manning's Indianapolis Colts vs. Chicago Bears. A rematch of Super Bowl XLI. And as we all know the Colts pulled that off in the rain. As you are watching this keep in mind that Manning has not taken a snap in a live game since the devastating loss to the Chargers last January... (I recall my upset vividly). So that may weigh in as a factor. But then he is a consummate professional so we should not worry much. I do not think a veteran pro such as PM will let that affect him. Here's to hoping he is knee is well enough and he is not over doing it. As far as other Colts to watch Jamey Richard who will be snapping the ball to PM since Saturday is out with a knee injury. As much as I love my Colts even I know that you can not count out 'Da Bears. They can sneak up on you and bash you over the head with a win. Here's to hoping that the Colts with their home field advantage pull the win off. GO COLTS!!! The game airs at 7pm CST on NBC

Now the New York Jets deserve and honorable mention because I am interested in seeing Brett Farve in their uniform... no other reason other than that. Don't get me wrong I have nothing against BF but I am interested in seeing him out of Green bay.

So that's it for my updates today folks. Here's to having a fabulous Sunday and to your team winning... unless they are playing one of my teams... then here's to bucking up and accepting your losses and moving on.

Muah... much love to you!
